How I Got Rid of $25,000 Debt

Debt FreeIt was 2 years ago that I was over my head in debt. That’s when I started this blog in my quest to get rid of  debt. Initially, I wasn’t off to a good start because the approach I first tried failed. That changed when months later I took a different direction.

Basically what I was trying to achieve is a blog where I could brainstorm and post what I was doing to reduce my debt that would also be helpful for others to reduce and get rid of debt too. I started by accepting donations on the site but that aspect didn’t work out and was scrapped because most of the people who were visiting my site were also in the same boat so hardly in a position to help anyone else out. Making Money Online – What Does It Mean To You?

For me making money online means freedom.  What does it mean to you? To get out of debt? To escape the 9 to 5 grind? To afford the things you want? To have freedom to do things when you want and how you want?

Since I’m not one who can work a rigid schedule for someone else so they can get richer while I slave away trying to make ends meet, I am a prime example of a make money online candidate. I like to do my own thing and my own way. I’m not afraid to take the risk even if I fail.  I would just take it as a lesson learned, pick myself up and continue on my journey to financial freedom.

For me failure is not an option as I’m only looking to succeed. I am willing to put the time and effort into it because it is for my success, not someone else’s. Read more »

How I Am Making Money Online To Get Rid Of Debt

Although as yet I am not out of debt but I do have a handle on it and steadily reducing it. How? By making money online.

I have built or bought websites that I try to generate income from and flip for profit.  These are mostly niche websites that target specific topics or products.  How I earn from them is through commissions from the various affiliate programs that I joined. For example, Amazon, Clickbank, Market Health, Commission Junction, Ebay, CashCrate plus some others. I also from time to time buy aged domains from Godaddy Auctions that I resell. I  don’t have only one source that I earn from but rather various, so all my eggs aren’t in the same basket. Meaning if one fails, I have others to fall back on. Read more »
